Welcome to OneStudy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneStudy website, apps, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is harmful or abusive.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, files, and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You grant OneStudy a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, generating flashcards, quizzes, and summaries.

4. AI-generated material

OneStudy uses AI to generate study material. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. OneStudy is a study aid, not a substitute for professional or academic advice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription (OneStudy+). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm OneStudy or others.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStudy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
